Pregnancy massage treatments are such a wonderful way to provide relief and support for expecting mothers. With techniques designed to address the unique challenges of pregnancy, this type of massage can help reduce tension in areas like the lower back and hips, where discomfort is often experienced.

By balancing the pelvic structure and encouraging proper positioning for birth, you're likely promoting better alignment, which can ease pressure on nerves and muscles. The lymphatic drainage aspect is also crucial for reducing swelling and enhancing circulation, which is so important during pregnancy.

Reflexology

Lindsay has always had a love for massage, but it was just a matter of time before digging deeper to gain the knowledge and have this as her career. Upon completing high school, Lindsay’s path took her through various office jobs that were never quite fulfilling, she knew that she needed more. In 2006 she met the love of her life, whom she married in 2011. From there, Lindsay and her husband welcomed their first child in 2012 where she began her journey as a stay at home mom. They welcomed their second child in 2014 and knew their family was complete.

Lindsay knew when the kids would head to school, it was time for her to continue down her path, and in 2018 she became certified in Foot and Hand Reflexology. This was a great start into the world of helping people, but the next task on the list was to become a Massage Therapist. In 2024, Lindsay graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy and completed the training she needed to start her fulfilling career path.

Lindsay has been trained in Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre/Post Natal Massage, Foot and Hand Reflexology, and other areas to make each treatment unique and suitable for each client.

Lindsay looks forward to creating a treatment plan and working with you to better your quality of life and gain knowledge of how daily living can affect your body.
